Thank you for your time and willingness to volunteer at McMinnville School District! We are excited for you to have the opportunity to assist in our schools. Before completing the application, please note some important information you will need to know prior to becoming a volunteer.
Volunteers must review/complete the MSD Volunteer Handbook as well as the Training Information and Reporting Requirements.
Please allow two weeks for processing as we use a third party vendor to evaluate our background checks. McMinnville School District does not have any control over how long background check processing takes.
Please complete all four sections of the application as the information will help us link you to the best opportunities and locations for you, especially if you have children in the district. When you have finished the last section, the SUBMIT APPLICATION button will appear.
Volunteers working for periods of 15 minutes or more are required to have an approved volunteer application on file. This requirement does not apply to volunteers who are onsite for shorter time periods of 15 minutes or less. This is enforced by the building Principal/Administrator.
Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Melanie Jobb, with any questions.
